
To adjust your headset, grab the front brake and place your finger between the frame and the top of the headset. Stand over the bike to make final adjustments to the handlebars. It’s recommended to start between 15 to 20 psi to find what works for you. On the tire’s sidewall, it will give you a recommended range for tire pressure. To pump up your tires, remove the Presta tire cap and open the tire valve. On the left side, you will spin the threads counterclockwise. On the right side pedal, you will tighten it on by spinning the wrench clockwise. This will make it less likely to strip your pedals or cranks. When installing the pedals, get the threads started with your fingers. It’s suggested that you apply some grease to the pedal threads before installation. If you look really close at the pedals, you will see a small L for the left pedal and a small R for the right pedal. Once in place, slide the thru-axle back through the fork mounts and tighten down with a 6mm Allen. Drop the front wheel into the fork mount while aligning the disc rotor with the brake caliper. Remove the front thru-axle with a 6mm Allen.

If you prefer to flip the bike over while working on it, be sure to move the display and try to set the bike on a soft surface. Insert the seat post into the seat tube and tighten down the quick release. It’s recommended to apply a little grease to the seat post. Put the stem faceplate back on and tighten down the four 4mm bolts. Make sure the wires and cables are not twisted and put the handlebars into place. Remove the four 4mm Allen bolts on the faceplate. This allows you to move the stem in the forward position.

To install the handlebars, loosen the two 4mm stem bolts and the 5mm top cap bolt. Using a pair of scissors, you can cut and remove all the packaging from the frame. Avoid pulling it out by the wires or cables. When removing the bike from the box, be sure to grab it from the frame or the wheels. The lights on the battery flash to show the battery is charging and are solid when fully charged.
